The Page of Coins

Here's another in our series of blogs explaining how Rex received and drew the images for the cards. This week, the Page of Coins!

Rex says:

Some cards refused to come to me in the conventional way. The Page of Coins was one. For me it means transformation, and perhaps even identity crisis. It refused to come.

And then!

I found myself dancing to some very powerful drums in a ritual of a very different kind. The dance was particularly energetic. Here there… everywhere.

Suddenly there she was, throwing off her clothes while riding a wildly bucking horse. Quite the model for transformation.

I broke my trance and quickly scribbled down my image on a scrap of paper. This is what I drew.
